Four Thumbnails This week I was instructed to complete a few thumbnails for the Illustration Friday word of the week. It happened to be family- which inspired me to design the above. The first design is showing a family- Mother, Father and a young girl who seem to be traveling in a cold environment- say somewhere in Calgary. The second design is a Husband and Wife traveling somewhere warm- where I would LOVE to be right about now. The third design is a young family- with two little children under age 5. They seem to be somewhere in Hawaii maybe. The la\st thumbnail is a brand new family- a young married couple who are expecting a child. They are enjoying their last years of "freedom" together in Paris. Pencil Comp I decided to go with the top left thumbnail. I thought it had a nice sense of "warmth" even in a cool vacay place!
